last night I called emergency number because of a black jeep parking between signs on bad curve. the jeep was gone this morning but it is parked back there. Also this morning a black Buick was parked in the same Zone apparently the police are not ticketing them when I call the non-emergency number. Well they'll have to come out when there's an accident on the curved because living here for 40 years I have seen numerous accidents on the curb because of parked cars
